Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician

REVIV is seeking a Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician who is ready to move beyond traditional esthetics and advance their career in a progressive, technology-driven integrative medical aesthetics practice.

We are looking for someone who is professional, energetic, confident with clients, sales-minded, and excited to learn. Experience is appreciated, but we are equally interested in finding the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.

Position

Part-Time | 18–20 Hours Per Week

Availability Needed

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
• Every other weekend availability
• Scheduled shifts will generally be 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Flexibility to work either shift is required based on scheduling and client demand

Licensure Requirement

Candidates must be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice in both Minnesota and North Dakota. Maintaining active licensure in both states will be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials and advanced skin treatments
• Perform chemical peels within scope of licensure and training
• Master REVIV's professional skincare product lines and successfully complete required product certifications and ongoing education. The ability to confidently educate clients, make individualized product recommendations, and integrate home-care products into treatment plans is an essential responsibility of this position.
• Confidently recommend and sell products, services, and treatment plans based on individual client goals
• Manage front-desk responsibilities, including client check-in, check-out, scheduling, and creating an exceptional client experience
• Actively build and maintain a clientele through exceptional service, rebooking, structured client recall and consistent outreach to existing and prospective clients. Proactive follow-up on treatment plans, appropriate services and programs, and maintaining an active appointment schedule are mandatory responsibilities of this position—not simply waiting for appointments to be scheduled.
• Participate in social media content and promotion to increase awareness of REVIV's aesthetic services and grow our presence in the advanced esthetics market
• Complete REVIV-supported certification and training in advanced medical aesthetic technologies
• Develop the skills necessary to deliver technology-driven services including AI-assisted microdermabrasion, advanced microneedling, and facial muscle restoration technologies

• A Licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician
• Licensed, or eligible for licensure, in both Minnesota and North Dakota
• Personable, polished, and comfortable communicating with clients

• Comfortable recommending and selling products and treatment programs
• Motivated to build and retain a strong clientele
• Comfortable with proactive client communication, follow-up and outreach
• Interested in social media, content creation, and helping promote the services you provide
• Excited about learning advanced technology and expanding your skill set
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of your role

Experience is appreciated, but not required. We are willing to invest in training the right individual who demonstrates initiative, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to build a career in advanced esthetics.

Compensation

18–22/hour, based on experience and expertise

PLUS eligibility for sales commission
