Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing Assistant to help grow our customer base by generating residential sales under a Direct Sales Representative. In this commission-based role, you'll market and sell fiber internet services directly to homeowners through face-to-face interactions.

You'll work alongside an experienced sales representative, developing valuable marketing, communication, and sales skills while earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Promote high-speed fiber internet services to residential customers through door-to-door marketing.
• Generate new customer sales on behalf of a Direct Sales Representative.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through in-person conversations and follow-up by phone, text, or email.
• Educate homeowners on available internet plans, pricing, and service benefits.
• Record customer interactions, leads, appointments, and sales activity using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Work closely with your team leader to improve sales strategies and achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Build positive relationships with customers while providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about available service areas, promotions, and product offerings.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, including frequent walking, climbing stairs, and standing.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned sales territories.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or canvassing.
• Door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM software or lead management systems.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Your income is based entirely on the sales you generate, giving you complete control over your earning potential.

Successful Marketing Assistants can earn competitive income while gaining valuable experience in direct sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
