Apartment Make-Ready Technician (Temp-to-Perm)
Now Hiring: Apartment Make-Ready Technician
Revised Personnel is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Make-Ready Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for individuals who take pride in preparing apartments for new residents.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins
- Complete painting, touch-up work, and drywall repairs
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Replace fixtures, blinds, locks, and hardware as needed
- Clean and remove debris from units
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Ensure apartments meet company quality standards and move-in deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must have basic make-ready tools, including:
- Hammer
- Screwdrivers
- Pliers
- Utility knife
- Adjustable wrench
- Drill/driver
- Tape measure
- Paint tools
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
