What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready Technician position at Amber Commercial?
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Make Ready Technician to join our apartment community team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Perform painting, sheetrock repair, and basic carpentry
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Replace fixtures, blinds, and other apartment components as needed
- Assist with groundskeeping and property upkeep
- Ensure units are clean, safe, and move-in ready
Requirements:
- Experience in apartment maintenance, make-readies, or general maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and sheetrock repair
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
