Essential Functions

· Lead 1-3 person teams to complete weatherization jobs daily, directing job tasks to technicians

· Ensure tasks align with job orders

· Provide guidance to technicians on best practices and proper use of personal protective equipment

· Communicate with customers throughout job, provide updates as needed

· Prompt notification of job change orders to ensure accurate invoicing

· Identify materials for jobs and load trucks

· Install insulation, foam board, and complete air sealing in attics, knee walls, and crawlspaces

· Remove siding, drill holes, and blow insulation into exterior walls, often times working on ladders

· Install ventilation on roofs

· Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

Job Requirements

· Maintain the highest level of professionalism and quality at all times

· Excellent people skills and focus on superior customer service

· Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, confined spaces and heights up to 40'

· Must be on-time daily, prepared, and ready to work

· Timely completion and accuracy of all work

· Ability to work closely and harmoniously with other employees and be a team player

· Perform and document complete operational checks for all equipment

· Adhere to safety and health regulations as required by OSHA, and all company policies

· Ability to perform overtime and/or on call duties as required

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Arrive at our office daily by 6:30am to clean and load the truck for the day

· Experience in the Mass Save Program or other energy efficiency programs is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
