What You’ll Do:
- Source, recruit, and place top talent across Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania
- Manage direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary staffing opportunities
- Recruit across a variety of industries and job functions, including:
- Light Industrial & Manufacturing
- Skilled Trades
- Clerical & Administrative
- Professional & Office Support
- Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with our sales team to deliver exceptional service to clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or sales experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person
