What You Will Do
- Provides leadership, direction, and coordination for general clinic operations .
- Manages staffing to always ensure appropriate coverage .
- R esponsible for hiring and onboarding new staff in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Works collaboratively with clinic division coding and billing specialists and central business office to assure timely and accurate capture of charges for services provided .
- Tracks and reports all information, service statistics, billing data and other financial data with the central billing office.
- Responsible for maintaining the facility including managing any repairs or remodeling, service contracts on equipment and the inventory of all capital equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years’ experience working in a physician practice or other health care setting required .
- 3-5 years management experience in healthcare preferred
- Experience working with primary care physicians in a large physician group preferred .
