Job description
Our company, Revenue Recovery is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, quick learning full time employee. We specialize in the collection of taxes for the Tax Collector's in Florida. We are looking for a positive attitude, hard worker, trustworthy, great customer service, independent worker and good multi-tasking skills.

Local Miami-Dade County Only - Residing in Zip (33018, 33013, 33169 surrounding )
Bilingual (Spanish) abilities is requested but not required.

Starting Salary Pay: $36,000.00 per year.
Hours: Mon. - Fri. (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) 40 hours per week

Responsibilities: Field Visitations, Payment Collection, Research, Correspondence Processing, Phone Contact, Email Contact, County Employee Interaction, Maintaining a Professional Attitude at all times.

Insurance Coverage: Company pays 100% for the employee premiums. This is an est. $8,300 benefit value for the employee. (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & $50k life) - with options to add dependents at employee's cost.

Qualifications:
_ Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite_
Strong customer service and clerical experience
_ Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills_
Clean Drivers Record & License
_ Experience in data entry, filing, and calendar management_
Knowledge of Google Suite and proofreading skills
