What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT and Data Support Technician position at Revenue Enterprises?
Processes EDI file transfers and reports
Reports on data loads, payments posted, errors reconciliation and other issues
Work with client’s IT personnel to coordinate testing and support of connectivity to our systems
Works with IT to QA processes
Works with Service desk on PC support and assisting managers with requests
Working in Business Operating Platform to test processes and loads
Minimum 2-3 years working in data processing and systems support
Proficiency supporting Windows and Microsoft Applications in a corporate environment
Experience working with an accounting, collections, or other systems
Proficiency working with remote connectivity
Prior EDI or Data management experience is a plus!
Excellent Customer Service Experience
Comfort working in multiple systems
Attention to detail
Salary : $55,000 - $68,000
