What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced server with at least 2 years in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting. Someone who can stay sharp under pressure, keep a great attitude, and handle a packed floor without missing a beat.
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar culture is a big plus. You don’t need to be a bartender, but you should be comfortable talking about drinks and guiding guests through the menu.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish
- Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
- Have strong menu knowledge (food cocktails) and make recommendations confidently
- Communicate clearly with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive during busy shifts
- Maintain a clean and polished section at all times
- Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every guest
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
Skills
- Minimum 2 years serving experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Attention to detail (orders, timing, guest needs)
- Comfortable working nights and weekends
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits is a major plus
