Marketing Manager – Account Management, Project Coordination & Creative Strategy

Revell Media is a creative marketing and media agency focused on helping brands grow through strategic marketing, content creation, and digital engagement. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Manager who thrives in client communication, project coordination, and creative strategy.

The Marketing Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts while steering strategy and supporting social media and various communication executions across multiple brands. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign coordination
• Coordinate internally with creative, media, and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time and accurately
• Lead client meetings, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Ensure all client work aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives

• Assist in developing and executing social media and other communication strategies for clients
• Monitor and track performance metrics for key client deliverables, including social media and other communication channels, while keeping clients connected and informed of those outcomes
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging social content and other creative assets to fulfill campaign objectives
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

• Maintain detailed project documentation and organized workflows
• Proofread marketing materials and content for accuracy and consistency
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client communication

• 5 years of experience in marketing, account management, social media management, or related fields
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Experience with email marketing systems such as MailChimp and Constant Contact
• Understanding of website management, especially on WordPress formats
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and project management platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Agency experience preferred
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, branding, and content strategy
• Basic understanding of creative production workflows
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Certifications in marketing disciplines such as Website management, Graphic Design, Project Management, SEO optimization, or related fields

Other Important Details

• The ideal candidate will be able to participate in meetings with clients on a weekly basis, both in-person and remotely
• Candidates must be located in Tallahassee, Florida, with the ability to travel to client meetings and engagements in the region and across Florida and Georgia
