What We’re Looking For
Revelio Labs is looking for a Client Success Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, client engagement, and product expertise. In this role, you’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure our clients get the most value from our products.
As a key member of the Client Success team, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for data-related questions, supporting client onboarding, ongoing engagement, and day-to-day needs. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Sales team to support prospective clients and trials, acting as a subject matter expert on our data.
Experience And Skills
Our offices are based in New York City, but the position can be done remotely.
Salary
The pay range for this position in New York City is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City may differ. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our company’s equity program, plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more senior or have different experience than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.

Experience And Skills
- 2 years of experience providing data-driven insights and analysis in client-facing roles
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP)
- Strong data visualization skills and the ability to present insights clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with Human Capital or Financial data is a plus
