Role Description
Revelie is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Intern or Assistant to support our growing client roster and Revelie’s ongoing business development/brand activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing agency, contributing directly to high-profile accounts and creative campaigns, while receiving hands-on mentorship from leadership. The ideal candidate is an accomplished writer and passionate consumer of news and media across platforms. Candidate should have strong organizational skills, be a proactive communicator who can juggle priorities and meet frequent deadlines and is a self-starter capable of working independently. An interest in real estate and finance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare press materials including media pitches, press releases, bios, fact sheets, talking points, and other collateral.
- Monitor press coverage and compile media reports.
- Support client meetings with the preparation of agendas, etc.
- Maintain press lists, editorial calendars, events and awards calendars.
- Oversee agency’s PR and Social Media content strategy.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to agency leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Based in Miami
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week
- Academic or professional track record in PR, corporate communications, social media, marketing and/or journalism
- Fluency in Microsoft 365/Windows platforms and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive)
