Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic marketing team at REVELxp as a Manager, Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly in email writing and Klaviyo with experience working at a marketing agency or a related field.
TOP PRIORITIES
- Plan, design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention for REVELxp brands and 60 properties
- Manage email software Klaviyo and its connection into NetSuite ERP
- Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis
- Develop and implement drip email campaigns to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel
- Track and analyze the performance of drip campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal results
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement strategies to enhance email deliverability and engagement
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in email marketing and content creation, preferably in a marketing agency or similar setting
- 3 years experience with Klaviyo
- Deep understanding of API connections within Klaviyo—flows, campaigns, segment/list creation and management
- Proficiency in other industry marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and content management systems
- Experience working with multiple sales teams in multiple verticals—ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous email marketing campaigns designed to drive conversions and generate leads
- Email design proficiency and graphics best practices
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Design and agency experience strongly preferred (design work will be required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Understanding of reporting dashboards and ability to report on KPI’s and analytics
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging content
