Job Overview

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS systems.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing timely service and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations at all times.
- Process payments and maintain accurate tabs
- Maintain Cleanliness and appearance of assigned tables
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment is Required, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
