Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff and bartenders.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, and prepare tableside dishes as required.
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the guests promptly and to their satisfaction.
- Process guest payments, including handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and equipment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any issues with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up the dining area and cleaning tables.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.
Requirements:
- Speak English
- Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced dining environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and upholding restaurant standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly around the dining area.
