Join a US Defense manufacturing team as a Production Team Member. You’ll operate and monitor production equipment, perform quality checks, keep accurate run records, and help the line hit daily output and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery per SOPs; start-up, changeover, and basic adjustments
Monitor line performance; escalate and help troubleshoot minor issues to reduce downtime
Perform visual inspections and in-process quality checks; document results accurately
Record production counts, lot/shift data, and inventory movements
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE; support 5S/continuous improvement
Collaborate with teammates and leads to meet shift goals
Required Qualifications
1 year experience in a production or warehouse environment
VantageClear or active security clearance required.
Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with basic hand/tools and machine interfaces
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting
Clear communication, teamwork, and reliable attendance
Preferred
Experience with basic quality checks, line documentation, or inventory systems
Familiarity with 5S/Lean practices or GMP/ISO environments
Bilingual a plus
