Production Supervisor – All Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and develop a production team of 25–50 employees across assigned shifts.
  

• Provide daily leadership to achieve production, safety, and quality targets.
  

• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  

• Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and payroll accuracy.
  

• Act as the first point of contact for machine or process issues; assist with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance coordination.
  

• Promote continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.
  

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
  

• Proven success managing a team of 20 or more employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  

• Experience in packaging or high-speed manufacturing preferred.
  

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
  

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills are an asset.
  

• Must hold VantageClear Certification (or equivalent security credential)
