A confidential defense manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage material flow and support secure production operations. Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies while maintaining proper documentation.
Track and maintain accurate inventory records using digital inventory systems.
Coordinate outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and freight scheduling.
Work with carriers and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
Monitor stock levels and proactively alert management when reorders are needed.
Support production teams by delivering materials to workstations in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment while following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
VantageClear certification or equivalent U.S. security clearance is required
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics (industrial shop experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail with basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work in an industrial environment.
