We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across a large multi-site medical group. This high-impact role oversees HR functions for employees and ensures all workforce processes, systems, and policies remain compliant, aligned, and supportive of organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at both strategy and hands-on execution, and is comfortable guiding teams through periods of growth or transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Provide workforce insights to leadership, optimize staffing models, and support strategic planning
- Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to expedite recruitment and reduce time-to-fill
- Implement leadership development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Manage job evaluations, corrective actions, grievance resolution, and investigations
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws, wage and hour regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal policies
- Develop and maintain HR programs related to selection, training, promotions, and employee well-being
- Serve as an adviser to executive leadership regarding organizational changes and personnel impacts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant HR experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of hospital/healthcare organizational structures
- MediClear certification or equivalent HIPAA training
- Knowledge of state and federal wage & hour laws
- Familiarity with labor market trends and healthcare accreditation standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
