Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Partner with leadership on hiring decisions and workforce planning
- Oversee offer process and pre-employment requirements
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Lead onboarding process for all new hires
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
- Manage employee transitions, including performance documentation, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns
- Provide guidance to leadership on performance management and employee issues
- Support a professional, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook
- Support HIPAA and OSHA-related HR compliance
HR Operations
- Maintain HR systems and employee files
- Coordinate with payroll provider for updates and changes
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience
- Healthcare or medical practice experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience supporting multi-location organizations
- Experience with HR systems (Paylocity experience a plus)
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
