Key Responsibilities
Operate sprayers and spreaders to apply fertilizer and crop-protection products
Calibrate, maintain, and make minor repairs to equipment
Work closely with agronomists and local growers to ensure accurate applications
Keep precise application and service records
Provide outstanding customer service to area producers
Qualifications
Experience operating large farm machinery or agricultural sprayers preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Mechanical aptitude and basic technology skills
Valid driver’s license; CDL and commercial spray license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
