A confidential federal facilities services provider is seeking a Custodian to support operations at secure sites in Northern Virginia. This role ensures the cleanliness, safety, and professional upkeep of high-security environments.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize common areas, bathrooms, offices, and high-touch surfaces.
Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and scrubbing of floors.
Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and furniture.
Restock supplies, maintain inventories, and empty trash/recycling bins.
Support general upkeep, including polishing, high/low dusting, and elevator cleaning.
Adhere to strict safety and security policies while on site.
Perform physical duties including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
Ability to meet physical demands of custodial work.
VantageClear credential (or equivalent) or active security clearance.
Reliable, consistent work ethic and adherence to safety procedures.
