CNC Programmer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with a strong background in Mastercam and Hass milling machines to join our growing team based in Romulus, MI.
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC mills using Mastercam
- Set up and operate Haas
vertical and horizontal mills
- Read and interpret blueprints,
CAD drawings, and technical documentation
- Perform part inspections and make
adjustments to ensure tight tolerances
- Work closely with engineers,
machinists, and team leads to optimize machining processes
- Maintain clean and organized work
area, following all safety protocols
- Assist with CNC lathe work as
needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of CNC programming
experience in a job shop or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Mastercam programming for milling applications
- Hands-on experience with Haas
CNC milling machines
- Ability to read technical
drawings and use precision measuring tools
- Strong understanding of machining
speeds, feeds, and tooling
- Lathe experience is a plus but
not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay between $26 and $36,
based on experience
