Job Summary
The Human Resources Intern plays a hands-on role in supporting seasonal workforce operations across Revel Group’s hospitality and attraction entities. This position focuses heavily on onboarding execution, uniform management, and supporting international team members (J1 and H2B employees) throughout their employment lifecycle.
This is a highly operational internship ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with team members, and supporting large seasonal hiring initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and support seasonal new hire orientations
- Coordinate and manage employee uniform distribution, tracking, and inventory
- Assist international team members (J1 and H2B) with onboarding logistics
- Coordinate and attend Social Security Administration trips for international employees
- Support I-9 documentation and onboarding compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for seasonal employee questions
- Assist with housing coordination support (when applicable)
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Operations during peak hiring seasons
- Provide administrative and project support to the HR team
- Assist with other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable leading small groups and presenting during orientations
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal environment
- Availability during peak seasonal hiring periods
