ABOUT THE ROLE
At Revel, we believe dining is more than a meal — it’s an experience. As a Server, you’ll be part of creating that experience every day by delivering friendly, attentive, and professional service to residents and guests. Your work helps ensure every meal feels welcoming, seamless, and enjoyable.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve with Care – Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Be the Friendly Face – Greet residents and guests warmly, provide menu guidance, and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Anticipate Needs – Watch for opportunities to assist, refill drinks, and make the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
- Keep It Clean & Organized – Set tables, clear plates, and maintain tidy service areas.
- Follow Standards – Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality protocols.
- Support Special Moments – Assist with events, themed dinners, and celebrations that bring the community together.
- Champion the Experience – Monitor resident satisfaction and share feedback with leadership to continuously improve.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Work in a lively dining environment with regular interaction with residents and guests
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, carrying trays, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Exposure to varying temperatures between kitchen and dining areas
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on service and event needs
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- Valid food handler card (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
