A fast-growing, financially stable fiber internet provider is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Direct Sales Advisor to help bring reliable, high-speed fiber internet to local residential communities.
This is a high-activity field sales role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and being rewarded for results. You will represent a respected company in assigned neighborhoods, educate residents on a simple and valuable product, and help customers make the switch to fiber internet.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with residents door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce fiber internet service
- Present the product, answer questions, and enroll new customers
- Follow up on leads and prospective customers by phone and in person
- Participate in community events and local outreach efforts
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through daily field activity
- Track local competitor activity and share market feedback with sales leadership
- Represent the company professionally and build trust within the community
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Sales, customer service, canvassing, or other high-activity, customer-facing experience
- Outside sales, door-to-door, telecom, solar, security, pest control, home improvement, automotive, or wireless experience is a plus
- Competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable being outdoors and walking door-to-door for much of the workday
- Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background, drug, and driving-record screening
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
