The Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing marketing efforts across restaurants, brewery operations, special events, private event venues, and experiential programming, ensuring cohesive branding, strong digital presence, and consistent guest engagement across all locations.
This role requires a multi-talented marketer, designer, content creator, and strategist who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and understands how to drive traffic, reservations, ticket sales, and brand loyalty across multiple businesses simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across seven distinct hospitality brands and multiple event venues.
Ensure each concept maintains a clear and differentiated brand identity while aligning with the overall group vision.
Create cross-promotional campaigns that leverage the full portfolio of businesses to drive guest traffic and brand awareness.
Plan and oversee marketing initiatives for restaurant operations, brewery releases, private events, seasonal activations, and large-scale programming.
Coordinate marketing calendars across all ventures to ensure strategic alignment and avoid campaign overlap.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Oversee and manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube across multiple brands.
Develop platform-specific strategies for each concept while maintaining a cohesive brand ecosystem.
Create engaging content including graphics, photography, short-form video, and promotional campaigns.
Manage content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and analytics using tools such as Metricool.
Develop and manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns across multiple brands.
Creative Direction & Content Production
Lead the creation of all marketing assets across the group, including:
Event posters and promotional materials
Restaurant and brewery menus
Website graphics and landing pages
Email marketing campaigns
Social media content and advertisements
Event branding packages
Digital signage and in-venue displays
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) for professional design and video production.

Website, SEO & Digital Platform Management
Manage and update multiple brand websites using Wix.
Optimize digital presence and search performance using SEMrush.
Manage and coordinate online reservations, guest engagement, and platform listings through OpenTable.
Utilize HubSpot for CRM, email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints including Google profiles, reservation platforms, and event listings.
Hospitality Systems & Operational Alignment
Work closely with operations teams to align marketing initiatives with real-time business performance.
Manage marketing integrations within hospitality platforms including:
Toast (POS promotions, loyalty integrations, marketing campaigns)
MarginEdge (menu management and operational reporting)
Sling (internal team coordination for event staffing and promotions)
OpenTable (reservation marketing and guest engagement)
Event & Venue Marketing
Develop marketing strategies for multiple private event venues and special event programming.
Promote weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and large-scale public events.
Create event marketing campaigns including:
Social media promotion
Email campaigns
Website landing pages
Ticketing promotions
Digital signage and in-house advertising
Work with event sales teams to drive bookings and maximize venue utilization.
In-House Media & Digital Signage
Manage in-venue digital marketing through YoDeck and internal display systems.
Create rotating promotional content for TVs, digital boards, and in-house screens across multiple venues.
Ensure physical and digital marketing materials remain updated across all locations.
Camera Systems & Content Capture
Maintain familiarity with venue camera and surveillance systems to assist with operational awareness and marketing content capture.
Identify opportunities to leverage existing camera infrastructure for event coverage, promotional video, and content production.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure camera systems support both security and content development needs.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyze marketing performance across all brands and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5 - 7 years of marketing experience in hospitality, restaurants, breweries, or event-driven brands
Experience managing marketing across multiple business concepts or locations
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Canva and digital asset libraries such as Envato
Social media management experience across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Website management experience using Wix
