What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Growth position at RevDesk?
RevDesk's agents work leads, lift conversion, and bring in reviews for businesses, automatically, at a scale they could never hire for. The results are measurable. We're looking for the person who scales the company itself.
You'll own growth end to end and report directly to the CEO, with the budget and authority to make real bets. Most growth leaders spend half their time covering for a product that underperforms. You won't, and when you find a channel that works, the product converts on the other side.
What you'll own: acquisition, activation, retention, and the metrics that connect them. You'll find the channels that scale, cut the ones that don't, and build the loops that make each customer cheaper to win than the last.
Six months in: a few channels that reliably produce customers, a funnel you can see clearly and explain, lower acquisition cost than the day you started, and a credible path to 10x.
You're a fit if: you've carried a growth number and moved it, and can name the levers that did it. You're fluent in data and let it overrule you when it should. You've run channels yourself, not just managed an agency. You judge your work by results, not headcount.
