Accounting Manager

Position SummaryRevascent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Practice Administration (PA) division. In this role, you will support multiple practice administration clients, overseeing accounting functions across a portfolio of healthcare practices. This is a client-facing position requiring strong technical accounting expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple practice administration clients, including but not limited to A/P, A/R, General Ledger Reconciliations and Payroll

· Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities

· Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for client delivery

· Act as a primary accounting contact for assigned clients, providing insights and recommendations

· Supervise and mentor accounting staff supporting client accounts

· Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and client-specific requirements

· Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to clients and internal leadership

· Maintain and improve accounting workflows, systems, and internal controls across multiple clients

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for client practices

· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders

· Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with multi-entity or client-based accounting

· 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

· Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

· Experience managing multiple clients or business units simultaneously

· Proficiency in accounting/ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills

· Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Sage 100 ERP System

· Experience in healthcare, practice management, or outsourced accounting environments

· Experience working in a professional services or multi-client setting

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
