Role Overview
A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join its growing practice in New York. The ideal candidate will be skilled in negotiating and managing a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, and financing. This is an opportunity to join an energetic team where associates can interface directly with clients and lead matters as appropriate.
What You'll Do
- Negotiate and support real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, and financing transactions.
- Interface directly with clients and take ownership of matters as appropriate.
- Collaborate with a fast-paced, expanding real estate team on sophisticated legal matters.
Who You Are
- 4-7 years of real estate transactional experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.
- Admitted to practice in New York with outstanding academic and professional credentials.
- Self-motivated, personable, and comfortable working as a collaborative team player in a client-facing role.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation
- Salary: $310,000 - $395,000 per year
