Job Summary
We are supporting a major energy client in identifying a Facility Manager to support operations at their facility in Liberal, KS. This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This is an immediate need.
The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance across the site. This individual will work closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to support ongoing production and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the RNG facility, ensuring safe and efficient performance
- Lead and support site operations and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain production goals
- Identify and address operational issues, driving continuous improvement
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities
Skills
- Experience in facility or plant management within energy, oil & gas, RNG, or similar industrial environments
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Background in operations, maintenance, or plant oversight
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
