We are seeking a hands-on RNG Field Project Manager to support construction and capital project execution across RNG facilities. This role will be field-based, working closely with contractors, engineers, and site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day field construction activities and contractor performance
- Support execution of small capital projects from planning through completion
- Perform field verification (measurements, installation checks, material tracking)
- Ensure compliance with safety (HSSE), permits, and MOC processes
- Provide field feedback to engineering and support commissioning/startup
- 15 years in project or construction management in industrial/energy environments
- Experience in operating facilities (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation work)
- Strong contractor oversight and safety leadership experience
- Ability to read P&IDs and construction drawings

- Must be local to KS or ID (no per diem)
- Travel required between sites
