Coordinate vehicle deliveries
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries.
- Manage delivery drivers.
- Schedule flatbed trailer / deliveries
- Maintain ship loose inventory.
- Complete owner's manuals and certification labels, etc.
- Understand and carry out verbal and written directions in English
- Close attention to detail
- Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.
- Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Able to effectively communicate in English.
- Must possess good mechanical ability and component operation functions.
- Keep daily records on scheduling.
- Good interpersonal skills required to communicate problems verbally.
- Perform other tasks as required.
