At Reuben's Brews the line cooks are responsible for cooking and prep, and the successful candidate will be equally adept at both.

We know making the extra effort is worth it. We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, have two brewhouses, two tasting rooms, and two private event spaces, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest.

The Role
This role is responsible for the following:
- Quality assurance of all offerings
- Service that delights
- Safe, clean, and organized environment
- Eats operations in line with SOPs
- Inventory organization and communication
- Passion for and experience working in a kitchen
- Solid kitchen skills from knife work forward
- Proven ability to follow and develop recipes
- Fastidious care for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Physical demands of the role include but are not limited to: Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Often lift or move full 1/2BBL kegs and/or boxes up to 50 pounds or more.
