Position Summary
Reuben’s Brews is looking for a temporary Production Operator for approximately a 3 month period, February-April. This role will report to our Head of Production and Quality, and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in operating all aspects of the packaging line, including setup, troubleshooting, and off-packing packaged beer, along with keg cleaning, keg filling, and pasteurizing cans. Training will be provided for all aspects of the position. A basic understanding of beer and the brewing process is desired. Packaging operators have one primary goal: to assist with the smooth packaging of our beer. The successful applicant will be a member of the brewery operations team and work closely with the other brewing and packaging team members.

We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, have two brewhouses, two tasting rooms, and two private event spaces, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest. In 2024 we brewed 26,000 BBLs.

The Role
Duties will include, but aren’t necessarily limited to the following.
- Operating the packaging line packaging cans and bottles
- Prepping tanks for packaging or kegging
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the brewery
- Help with training peers on tasks when necessary. Helping out throughout all aspects of production when needed
- Accurately recording data
- Moving supplies and staging materials throughout the day
- Keg washing and filling
- Operating batch pasteurizers
