What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Coordinator position at RETS Associates?
RETS has been retained by our Client to recruit a Property Coordinator (PC) in Newport Beach. Our client is a premiere, privately held firm with an exceptional track record and diverse real estate holdings. The PC will support two Property Managers on the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of industrial assets by assisting with administrative, financial, operational, and tenant-related functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as main tenant contact; handle requests, resolve issues, maintain strong relationships
- Support day-to-day operations across industrial portfolio (maintenance, inspections, site visits)
- Coordinate vendors: bidding, contracts, scheduling, compliance
- Assist with financials: AP, rent tracking, budgets, CAM reconciliations, reporting
- Maintain property records: lease abstracts, critical dates, insurance compliance
- Support reporting, inspections, incident tracking, and policy compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in property management or administrative support
- Familiarity with commercial real estate operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
