Director of Leasing
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Leasing to develop and implement leasing strategies that maximize rental income and elevate the value and image of our retail and office assets in Monterey, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to enhance the reputation and image of the company.
- Maximize net operating income through effective leasing practices.
- Review and approve all completed lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze Vacancies Schedules, Tenants In/Out, and Leasing Statistics to inform leasing decisions.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in leasing retail assets with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or advertising is preferred.
- Base salary, plus discretionary bonus and leasing commissions.
