This high-impact role blends strategic equity and debt investing—with 75% focused on acquisitions and 25% on capital markets—and offers direct exposure to top-tier transactions and leadership.
You’ll underwrite deals, build advanced financial models, lead due diligence efforts, and craft compelling investment presentations, all while touring properties and analyzing market data. On the capital side, you’ll evaluate Freddie Mac debt pools, assist with financing strategies, and collaborate with brokers and lenders to structure successful deals.
What You’ll Need:
