What are the responsibilities and job description for the PR Junior Account Executive position at Retrofête?
VPR creative is seeking a full-time Junior Account Executive, Public Relations to assist with Influencer Marketing and Showroom Management, supporting our in-house brands, Retrofête and Seroya, as well as external clients.
VPR creative headquarters are based in New York City (candidates must be available for in person office work 5 days a week).
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day public relations and influencer marketing efforts on behalf of in-house brands, Retrofête and Seroya, and external clients.
- Drive influencer outreach efforts through strategic pitching, in-depth talent research, tailored daily outreach, and strong relationship management with creators, stylists, and agents.
- Work on organic product gifting, sample pulls, and seeding initiatives to support influencer and stylist requests.
- Assist with showroom appointments for stylists, influencers, and VIPs, ensuring an elevated brand experience.
- Maintain showroom operations, including merchandising, sample organization, and overall presentation to luxury standards.
- Lead intern management: interviewing, onboarding, training, assigning responsibilities, etc.
- Support ShopMy program by identifying, vetting, and onboarding aligned micro and macro influencers, while tracking performance and emerging digital talent.
- Compile, analyze, and deliver monthly performance reports for all clients with clear insights, metrics, and recommendations.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for brand visibility.
Desired Skills:
- 2-3 years of Fashion PR experience, specifically Influencer Marketing
- Meticulous, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a strong understanding of fashion landscape
- Self motivated, detail-oriented, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
