What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Intern position at Retrofête?
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support the Growth Marketing team across two fashion brands. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in paid media, email and SMS marketing, creative strategy, and eCommerce merchandising.
What You’ll Do- Maintain a weekly competitive ad inspiration deck featuring top-performing creative from fashion and lifestyle brands
- Monitor competitor launches, promotions, and messaging trends across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Audit ads and landing pages to ensure messaging, imagery, and product selection are aligned
- Verify featured products are in stock and merchandised correctly
- Input approved ad and email concepts into creative request boards and help track deliverables
- Assist with email and SMS campaign setup, QA, and flow updates in Klaviyo and Attentive
- Support reporting and summarize key marketing insights and learnings
- Assist with AI tool trials and feedback management
- Direct mentorship from the Director of Growth Marketing
- Hands-on experience across paid media, CRM, and retention marketing
- Exposure to the inner workings of fashion eCommerce
- Meaningful ownership over real marketing initiatives
Ideal for students or recent graduates interested in performance marketing, creative strategy, and fashion.
Qualifications- Strong interest in digital marketing, fashion, and eCommerce
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and strong creative intuition
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo or Attentive is a plus
- Available for 3-5 days a week
