Retro Results Personal Trainer

You will provide structured exercise prescriptions to clients with various health and wellness objectives.
About You
- A strong work ethic is essential for this role.
- Exceptional communication and sales skills are required.
- You should have the ability to motivate clients.
- Time management and organizational skills are necessary.
- You must have a strong desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
- NASM, ACE, NSCA, or ACSM personal training certification is preferred.
- CPR/AED certification is also required.
Your Responsibilities
- You will build your clientele base through prospecting, conducting fitness assessments, seminars, and class demos.
- You will prescribe comprehensive wellness programs based on individual client goals.
- You will motivate and inspire clients to reach their goals with enthusiasm.
- You will keep clients accountable using a combination of goal setting, and consistent re-evaluations and assessments.
- You will embody the pinnacle of professionalism through your actions and attitude.
- You will provide safe and effective exercise prescriptions to clients.
- You will sell personal training packages.
- You will work weekly floor hours to assist members on the gym floor.
- You will hold personal training clients accountable.
- You will maintain weights and equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
- You will sell supplements and promote profit centers.
Physical Requirements
- You must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Physical effort is required for daily duties including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly be exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- Extended workdays are frequent occurrences, as are weekends and holidays as needed to support the needs of the business and customers.
