Retro Fitness General Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a General Manager at one of our Retro Fitness locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving all membership sales across various departments.
- Oversight of program revenue and expense goals, implementing and supporting company programs and promotions to generate new sales leads.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service, cleanliness, and innovative programs to maximize member retention.
- Hiring, training, motivating, directing, coaching, and evaluating employees.
- Budgeting hours for Assistant Managers and Head Coaches to schedule staff coverage.
- Maintaining current knowledge of key competitors.
- Ensuring club participation in local community events.
- Managing facility tours with potential members.
- Monitoring the Club prospect system and setting goals for the Assistant Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in all aspects of membership sales.
- High-level customer service experience with diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership skills, including hiring, firing, evaluating, managing, motivating employees.
- Sound decision-making and organizational skills.
- Ability to present information to various audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Office 365.
