- Personal training revenue and appointment execution
- Clean, safe, high energy operations
- Team performance and staffing stability
As General Manager, you are the ultimate owner of performance and experience inside your club.
- Lead daily operations across Sales, Fitness, Front Desk, and Cleaning
- Own membership growth, personal training revenue, and retention
- Build and hold accountable a high performing team
- Reinforce Retro Fitness standards through daily example
- Be visible on the floor coaching staff and engaging members
- Resolve member issues with confidence and professionalism
- Manage schedules, payroll accuracy, and staffing coverage
- Track key metrics and manage the club to budget
- Partner closely with your Regional Manager on strategy and results
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays except Christmas
We want leaders who can run a fast paced, high traffic club.
- 2 to 3 years leading teams of 5 to 15 people
- 3 to 5 years in fitness, retail, or hospitality
- Proven experience driving sales and retention
- Comfortable owning performance metrics and budgets
- Strong communicator who can coach and correct in the moment
- High accountability and hands on leadership style
- CPR certified or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Experience managing a multi department gym
- Background in personal training sales
- Track record of improving club performance
- Desire to grow into multi unit leadership
- Bachelor’s degree
