What You’ll Do
- Adjusts and installs automatic and semiautomatic assembly machine units for lot production operation following
- Develops conceptual approach to solving manufacturing problems.
- Confers with engineering and design staff to determine design modifications and enters editing
- Adjusts Feeder/Delivery Equipment and detection devices; regulates heat, pressure, and several
- Dismantles, disassembles, repairs, rebuilds and/or cleans and replaces and/or reassembles worn or
and/or corrections on various devices.
- Prepares and forwards required machine maintenance reports to immediate supervisor. Uses a variety
- Instructs Automation Set-up Technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and/or product
What You Have
- A background in high-speed automation or mechanical systems.
- A hands-on approach to solving mechanical problems, while thinking outside of the box.
- A high school diploma along with 1-3 years of experience in a related field
