What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Plan Advisor position at RetireMED?
The purpose of this position is to support Medicare-eligible clients by researching, analyzing, and recommending appropriate Medicare Advantage plan options while ensuring a compliant, high-quality customer experience. This role exists to drive enrollment success, maintain regulatory compliance, and meet established performance and production goals during the seasonal period.

Education, Credentials, Licenses:
High School Diploma
Some college or college degree
Health Insurance License to sell in OH, KY, IN
Specialized Knowledge:
Ability to learn quickly and retain complex information
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Technology skills working in Office 365, Teams, Word, etc with the ability to navigate multiple systems, screens, and tools simultaneously
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple client appointments in a fast-paced environment
Kind and Length of Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role such as inside sales, retail sales or in the food service industry
Experience supporting specialized or vulnerable populations preferred
Sales or performance-metric-driven experience
