What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Plan Advisor position at RetireMED?
The purpose of this position is to support Medicare-eligible clients by researching, analyzing, and recommending appropriate Medicare Advantage plan options while ensuring a compliant, high-quality customer experience. This role exists to drive enrollment success, maintain regulatory compliance, and meet established performance and production goals during the seasonal period.

Education, Credentials, Licenses:
- High School Diploma
- Some college or college degree
- Health Insurance License to sell in OH, KY, IN
Specialized Knowledge:
- Ability to learn quickly and retain complex information
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technology skills working in Office 365, Teams, Word, etc with the ability to navigate multiple systems, screens, and tools simultaneously
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple client appointments in a fast-paced environment
Kind and Length of Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role such as inside sales, retail sales or in the food service industry
- Experience supporting specialized or vulnerable populations preferred
- Sales or performance-metric-driven experience
