Duties
- Greet visitors and patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with email correspondence, document preparation, and record keeping
- Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing mail and supplies
- Provide patient support through excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading and fax machine
Qualifications
- Proven experience in receptionist roles
- Computer experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Previous experience in medical reception is a plus but not require
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
