Position Overview:
Rethink Project Management team is responsible for the successful delivery of solar projects, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- : Assist in steering projects from mid-stage development through construction to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) handover, ensuring all milestones are met timely and efficiently. Assist in negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts and populating project specific portions of EPC contracts. Support and monitor the progress of development and engineering activities, ensuring projects advance to Notice to Proceed (NTP) readiness.
- Create, maintain, and update project schedule files ensuring all timelines are met. Manage the overall project scope, meticulously tracking changes and adjusting schedules as necessary to meet project goals.
- : Monitor project costs, ensuring they stay within budget, and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- : Help track and update project data in company ERP/CRM platform(s), providing regular status updates to management. Ensure complete project documentation is prepared and made available for timely financial diligence and third-party engineering review.
- Maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, clients, regulatory agencies, and internal team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, 3 years of which in solar.
- Proficiency in using project management software, Excel, and online tools like Procore, MS Projects, or Primavera, for building schedules and generating project reports/trackers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep passion for the renewable energy sector and a principled approach to fostering sustainable solutions.

The compensation range for this role reflects the broad array of factors considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000-$160,000. At Rethink, it is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, as compensation decisions are tailored to the specifics of each case.
