Position Overview
We are looking for a Creative Marketing & Events Coordinator who will be responsible for crafting the visual identity of our brand, managing our promotional calendar, and ensuring our presence at major trade shows is flawless.
If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, a passion for the outdoors, and the organizational skills to manage a complex event calendar, we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Promotional Creative
- Visual Content: Design high-impact assets for email marketing, web banners, and print/digital media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual touchpoints align with our brand guidelines and resonate with the outdoor community.
- Campaign Creative: Develop "hero" imagery and promotional graphics for product launches, seasonal sales, and ambassador features.
- Production Management: Work with printers and vendors to produce physical assets like hangtags, packaging, and large-format booth graphics.
2. Content & Campaign Scheduling
- Marketing Calendar: Manage and maintain a master marketing schedule for digital and print ads, ensuring all promotional campaigns are deployed on time.
- Email Deployment: Use Mailchimp to automate and organize weekly content output.
- Cross-Functional Sync: Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure promotions align with inventory levels and seasonal trends.
3. Trade Show & Event Logistics
- Project Management: Act as the point person for all trade show logistics, from securing booth space to managing deadlines, and trade show inventory.
- Booth Design: Conceptualize and design the physical layout of our booth to maximize foot traffic and brand impact.
- Staff Scheduling: Manage travel arrangements, on-site schedules, and meeting rotations for the team during event weeks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are non-negotiable).
- 2–4 years in a graphic design or marketing role, preferably within the outdoor, action sports, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven ability to manage spreadsheets, timelines, and multi-vendor projects.
- Photography or videography/editing skills. (Preferred)
- Outdoor/hunting/firearms personal experience (Preferred)
